Did you always love to run even before you became a parent? Would you like to still be able to run while taking care of your little one at the same time? I certainly did. That is why I have been obsessive in finding the best of the best jogging strollers on the market today. There is a plethora of strollers to choose from. But here, I am going to focus on to the two of the most popular, most loved, and most raved about jogging strollers that you can get for under $400. These are the Thule Urban Glide and the Bob Revolution SE. Both of which are great jogging strollers but only one can be called the winner. Before I reveal my favorite, let us first take a closer look at what each has to offer in these jogging stroller reviews.
Thule Urban Glide Review: Adjustable Hand Bars For Various Heights
The Thule Urban Glide is a multi-purpose and adjustable jogging stroller for everyone. I love its sleek design and although it is lightweight at only 23 pounds, it is still able to support up to 165 pounds of weight. It also features a 12 inch lockable front swivel wheel, that is useful while jogging and running as well as shopping and walking leisurely around the park. It should be noted though that some customers find that the front wheel tends to wobble or get stuck in place. Another great thing about the Thule Urban Glide is the adjustable ergonomic handle bars. With this, you and your partner can comfortably use it even if you have a significant height difference.
I also love that this stroller isn’t only designed for the runner’s benefit but more for the little passenger. It features a padded seat that can be pulled down to a near-flat position for kids to comfortably take their nap. The 5-point padded seat belt, wrist strap, air vents and the large canopy are also made for safety and comfort. For even more comfort, the rear suspension at the back also helps provide a smoother ride for your child even if you are using it on a rugged terrain. For added safety, there is also a simple foot break that makes sure the stroller stays in place.
The storage space in this stroller is also commendable. At the sides of the seats are two net pockets where you can place your child’s favorite toy or a drink bottle. There is also net pockets at the back of the seat where you can put your own drinking bottle or your other stuff. Additionally, there is also a zippered bag underneath the seat where you can store more things. The zipper closure helps protect the things inside the bag from dirt or water.
One thing to note about this stroller is its length. You should know that like other jogging strollers, it is also a long one. This is why some may feel uncomfortable in taking to shopping but many still manage because of it is a sleek one. This stroller is also easily collapsible and when folded, it can easily fit inside the back of your vehicle. Although many love it’s sleek design, there are still some who find that the seat is too narrow or too small for their child.

BOB Revolution SE Review: Roomy Seat For More Comfort
Another strong contender is the BOB Revolution SE. It is also a stroller that has a lockable 12.5 inch front swivel wheel. It is bulkier and heavier at 25lbs but it offers a roomy seat for your child. The seat can also tilt up to 70 degrees to help your child be more comfortable while sleeping. Speaking of comfort, it also features an adjustable suspension system that can be adjusted depending on the weight of the passenger. Pushing it in various kinds of terrains would be much easier for you and it would also be a much smoother ride for your child. Like the Thule Urban Glide, this too has a 5-point padded seat belt, air vents, large canopy, wrist strap, and brakes for safety.
Storage pockets can be found on the side of the seats and this makes your child’s drink or toy easily accessible to them. There are even more storage spaces at the back of the seat and under the seat. It was quite disappointing to find an open basket instead of an enclosed storage under the seat. But it can still carry some of your things although there is a chance for it to get dirty and wet especially when you are running on muddy terrain.
The stroller can be folded through a two step process when it is not in use. You also have to use both of your hands to successfully fold it and clip it in position. At this position, it can’t stand on its own and is still quite bulky. You may find it a bit difficult to fit it in your vehicle but you can easily take off the wheels to help make sure it fits.

Bob Revolution vs Thule Urban Glide: Final Thoughts
Both of these jogging strollers are very strong contenders and it is a tough choice but I have to say I prefer the Thule Urban Glide over the BOB Revolution SE. One of the reasons is because it has a the adjustable ergonomic handle bar, which makes it useful to people of various heights. I also prefer the nearly-flat seat of the Thule Urban Glide over the more roomy seat of the BOB Revolution SE. In storage, the Thule Urban Glide is also more compact as compared to the bulkier and heavier BOB Revolution SE. I also love the more enclosed zipper bag under the seat rather than the small basket storage that the BOB Revolution SE has.
